Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with original receipt. Each piece is thoroughly inspected before shipping out the item.

Please contact me for any returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and returned in original condition, we will send you an email (must have your email address) to notify you that we received your item. If item is in original condition then your refund will be applied to your credit card payment.

If for any reason you haven't received your refund within a few days, please verify the refund has not been received by your bank or card holder, it may take some time before your refund is posted. If you have done all this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at 330-388-8998.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Sorry no exchanges, as most of the items are one of a kind.

Shipping 

To return product, you should mail your product to: US 29483 (use return address) 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non- refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Jewelry Plus by Laura is not responsible for lost items sent by mail. 

Please make sure you have correct shipping address. All orders will be shipped to address you have listed at checkout.

All shipping is done via U.S.P.S  Only ship in US at this time. Everything shipped within 3 business days after payment is received. 

Christmas orders must be in by Dec. 12 to arrive by Christmas. Standard shipping cannot be guaranteed for Christmas delivery.

Delivery times will vary according to locations. Appox. 7 to 21 days.
