Welcome to thejewelry plus website.

Laura is a self-taught jewelry designer, originally from northeastern Ohio and recently relocated to warm, sunny South Carolina.  Her jewelry-making began as a hobby when her children "left the nest" and she had more time on her hands.  As her designs began to be sought after by family and friends, Laura's business began to grow. 

She enjoys using many types of mediums to design her jewelry.  Examples include, but are not limited to, Swarovski crystal, semi-precious stones, cultured pearls, porcelain, shell, bone and wood.  Laura uses sterling silver, plated silver, gold and other metals (some lead and nickel free) to mount her unique designs.  There are beautiful accessories to compliment your own style, no matter your age or occasion.

Laura has now expanded her collection to include other hand-made items such as, wine charms, bottleneck charms and candleholders.
